The plan is called REX 84, short for Readiness Exercise 1984. Through Rex-84 an undisclosed number of concentration camps were set in operation throughout the United States, for internment of dissidents and others potentially harmful to the state.

The Rex 84 Program was originally established on the reasoning that if a "mass exodus" of illegal aliens crossed the Mexican/US border, they would be quickly rounded up and detained in detention centers by FEMA.

Existence of the Rex 84 plan was first revealed during the Iran-Contra Hearings in 1987, and subsequently reported by the Miami Herald on July 5, 1987

" These camps are to be operated by FEMA should martial law need to be implemented in the United States and all it would take is a presidential signature on a proclamation and the attorney general's signature on a warrant to which a list of names is attached."

And there you have it ~ the real purpose of FEMA is to not only protect the government but to be its principal vehicle for martial law.

This is why FEMA could not respond immediately to the Hurricane Katrina disaster ~ humanitarian efforts were no longer part of its job description under the Department of Homeland Security.

I have already previewed several colorways in the Air Jordan 3 (III) / Air Force One Fusion series, but the nicest color scheme is the one that I am are reporting on today. Modeled after the Air Jordan 3 (III) Retro 1994 - White / Cement Grey, they look like almost exact copies, but you have to really analyze them to see the differences. They feature an all white leather upper along with the infamous elephant print on the toe cap and heel areas. The make use of the Air Force One sol, but also feature Nike’s patented Air sole at the heel, which provides added cushioning and comfort. They are set to hit Jordan Brand accounts on September 6, 2008, and will retail for $135.

Black in America getting better?

The House of Representatives is set to pass a resolution apologizing to African-Americans for slavery and the era of Jim Crow:

The nonbinding resolution, which is expected to pass, was introduced by Rep. Steve Cohen, a white lawmaker who represents a majority black district in Memphis, Tennessee. While many states have apologized for slavery, it will be first time a branch of the federal government will apologize for slavery if the resolution passes, an aide to Cohen said.

By passing the resolution, the House would also acknowledge the “injustice, cruelty, brutality and inhumanity of slavery and Jim Crow.” The resolution does not address the controversial issue of reparations. Some members of the African-American community have called on lawmakers to give cash payments or other financial benefits to descendents of slaves as compensation for the suffering caused by slavery. The resolution states that “the vestiges of Jim Crow continue to this day.”

“African-Americans continue to suffer from the consequences of slavery and Jim Crow — long after both systems were formally abolished — through enormous damage and loss, both tangible and intangible, including the loss of human dignity and liberty, the frustration of careers and professional lives, and the long-term loss of income and opportunity,” the resolution states.

The House would also commit itself to stopping “the occurrence of human rights violations in the future,” if it passes the resolution. The resolution will not be the first time lawmakers have apologized to an ethnic group for past injustices.

Here is a sneak peak exclusive look at the Air Jordan Force 6 (VI) Fusion which is a combination of the Air Jordan 6 and Air Force Ones. From what we can see the shoe has the tongue of the Air Jordan VI and ventilating holes throughout the shoe. The sneaker also has a clear icy sole all encased in a black/white/red colorway. This particular pair takes its inspiration from the Air Jordan 6 (VI) Original (OG) - White / Infared which was released back in February 1990! Unfortunately the shoe is set to release in 2009 but you can at least know what to expect.

There are a lot of things going on right now with the rapper that stole my identity. It’s been tough on me because part of me whats to jump on him and beat him in the ground for being so arrogant and disrespectful, and then there is another part that said judge another brother that the system has made a clown out of. Build him up and now they are going to let him be turned down. I know that Def Jam is probably going to abandon him now, just another puppet, and they start to look for another to replace him. What people need to do is look at the root, because Def Jam is just as responsible as he is. Now you know they did a back ground check, but they don’t care what they feed our kids as long as they get their dollars. When will we wake up America and learn that there are more important things than the all mighty dollar? It took me going to prison to wake up. Is it going to take us to lose our country? Because America is definitely falling. Just about everybody I talk to tells me how hard it is in almost every industry. I don’t know, maybe I am confused. CAN SOMEBODY PLEASE HELP ME FIGURE THIS THING OUT!!!
