Guys are you in the need of an upper body worthy of rockin a wife beater this summer? Ladies are you in the need of a slimmer stomach and tired of rockin that winter muffin top? (Ed note. Muffin top is low rise jeans are worn and fat overflows over the jeans thus resembling a muffin top) Here is a quick workout that can be done within 45 minutes or less. First start off with a cardio warm up getting your heart rate up to 175. Once that rate has been achieved start your work out. Below is a sample workout that I follow. I hit all major muscle groups in one day and work out 3 days a week MWF. It is important to record your progress for each workout so that you know when its time to increase weights.
The column to the far left is for you to record the weight used for that particular exercise. The smaller columns to right is to measure and record the amount of reps you do for that set. Once you complete this workout you can cool down for 5 minutes with cardio.
